Roavon Private Limited operates as a technology travel booking aggregator. All services and products sold on our platform—including Flight Tickets, Bus Seats, Hotel Vouchers, and Travel Passes—are 100% digital deliverables (Electronic Tickets / E-Vouchers).
There are no physical shipments or courier deliveries involved in any transaction.
2. Delivery Timelines & Processing
Instant Issuance: Once the payment gateway completes authorization of your transaction, our backend servers immediately generate the official PNR and ticket confirmation within 30 to 60 seconds.
Verification & Delivery: The generated digital ticket is automatically dispatched to the email address and mobile number provided during passenger details entry.

3. Troubleshooting Non-Receipt of Digital Tickets
If you have completed your payment but have not received your confirmation email within 5 minutes:

- If the booking status appears pending, your payment is under automated reconciliation and will finalize shortly.
