Terms & Conditions

This platform (roavon.in, mobile applications, and associated digital services, together the "Platform") is owned and operated by Roavon Private Limited, an entity incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U52291AP2026PTC125836), with its registered office at 101, Kummara Street, 31-Rapur Podalakur, Rapur, Nellore – 524408, Andhra Pradesh, India ("Roavon", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By browsing, accessing, creating an account, or transacting on Roavon, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Data Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roavon under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• "Services" means flight, bus, and hotel search & booking, the Roavon Wallet, trip planning, budgeting, community/social features (Travel Clubs, stories, trip sharing), and any other feature made available on the Platform.
• "Booking" means a confirmed or attempted reservation of a flight, bus, or hotel product made through the Platform.
• "Supplier" or "Travel Partner" means the airline, bus operator, hotel/property, or other third-party travel service provider that actually performs the travel service you book.
• "Content" means any text, photo, video, review, or other material a User submits, posts, or shares on the Platform.
• "Roavon Wallet" means the in-app stored-value account described in Section 9.

Roavon acts solely as an online technology marketplace and aggregator platform, and as an "intermediary" within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, connecting Users with third-party Suppliers, including:

• Airlines & GDS Networks: Domestic and international commercial scheduled airlines.
• Bus Operators: State transport undertakings and private fleet operators.
• Hotels & Accommodations: Verified hotels, homestays, and resorts.
• Community Trips: Curated social journeys organized with local operators.

Important Notice: Roavon is not a carrier, hotelier, or direct transport operator, and does not itself perform any travel service. All carriage, baggage policies, check-in requirements, onboard services, schedules, delays, overbooking, and denied-boarding situations are governed solely by the applicable Supplier's own terms, tariffs, and applicable law (including, for airlines, the Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and DGCA regulations). Roavon relays booking, pricing, and inventory data supplied by Suppliers and their technology/distribution partners in real time and is not responsible for errors originating from those third-party systems, though we will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving them.

All cancellations and refund requests are subject to the specific fare rules of the airline, bus operator, or hotel partner, alongside Roavon's Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking) within 5 to 7 working business days, or credited instantly to the user's Roavon Wallet as chosen during the cancellation flow. If a Booking is cancelled or fails after payment was successfully collected but before the ticket/voucher is confirmed by the Supplier, Roavon will automatically reverse the amount to your Roavon Wallet.

When participating in Roavon Travel Clubs, social feeds, and trip sharing, you agree not to post abusive, illegal, discriminatory, or infringing Content. In addition, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent Booking, payment, or chargeback activity, or to circumvent Supplier fare rules;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated bots/scripts to access the Platform or extract fare/inventory data without Roavon's prior written consent;
• Resell Bookings made through Roavon on a commercial basis without separate written authorization;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
• Upload Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Roavon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this Section or applicable law, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Roavon.

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Roavon takes reasonable technical and operational measures to keep the Platform accurate, secure, and available, Roavon does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of technical faults, nor does it warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of fare, schedule, availability, or other data supplied by third-party Suppliers or GDS/distribution partners. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties (including of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed, without prejudice to any statutory rights you have as a "consumer" under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which are not affected by this Section.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roavon Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right (including in respect of Content you post); or (c) inaccurate information you provided for a Booking (e.g. an incorrect passenger name or ID).

Roavon shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, epidemic/pandemic, strikes, war, terrorism, internet or telecommunications failures, or failures of a Supplier's, GDS's, or payment gateway's systems. Performance will resume as soon as reasonably practicable once the event ceases.

To deliver Services, Roavon integrates with third-party technology and distribution partners for flight, bus, and hotel inventory, and with RBI-authorized payment gateways for transaction processing. The Platform may also contain links to third-party websites (e.g. a hotel's own policy page). Roavon does not control and is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these third parties; your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.

Your personal data is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Policy, and applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules made thereunder. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing as described in those policies.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of the Grievance Officer are provided below. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to redress it within 15 days of receipt.

Roavon may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal or regulatory requirements, or business practices. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective" date. Material changes will additionally be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the Platform, or delete your account, at any time via Settings → Account. Roavon may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or address a material breach of these Terms by you. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11, 13, 14, and 21) will continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India, being the jurisdiction of the Company's registered office.
